And now I'd like to begin a series I'd like to call "Quotes from People's Profiles," where I bring to you some of the more outrageous, irritating, and downright nasty things queer men say in their online profiles. Today I'd like to begin with a rather classic example of fagbashing I stumbled upon while the sand was still fresh in my eye this AM:
Puzzle for you: If you line up all the guys in the world, remove all the straight ones,
remove the ugly ones, remove the unintelligent ones, remove the feminine ones,
remove the liars/cheaters, and finally remove the assholes...is there anyone left?
Now initially this may seem to be a bit innocuous. Just the usual ranting and raving about how everyone online is a lying this-and-that. But notice here that "feminine" is essentially equated with "liars/cheaters," "unintelligent," and "assholes." How charming! And that makes this asshole the prime first installation in "Quotes from Peoples Profiles." Happy Monday!

It seems like this man is looking to hook-up with someone from the Madame Tussauds Museum. Clearly the flesh and bones are not his type.
But Trevor, I am not too sure if he's "equating" the feminine with the assholes and liars/cheaters. May be in a box full of each of the listed types, he's checking the one's that are not his type (whatever that meant). That doesn't mean all those put in the box are essentially a monolith.
I kind of disagree, obviously :) But I wonder... he changed his profile today to remove that bit. Perhaps he's a reader?!?!? :)
